five(5) amazing benefits of drinking water

Water is a very essential part of life, the human body comprises of about 60% to 70% fluid.  The benefits of water are enormous, here are a few benefits I have listed below
  1. Aids weight loss: water helps you feel fuller and as such you consume less calories.
  2. For clearer skin: clears toxin from the skin thereby cleaning pores and acne.
  3. Kidney function: water is needed in sifting out waste and also transporting urine to the bladder.
  4. Remedy to headache: drinking water helps prevent and relieve headache (migraines and backache too) which are commonly caused by dehydration.
  5. Saves money: very funny right? Yea, water is free or at least very cheap, it is far better than buying high sugar and fat filled soda.
