five (5) tips on how to have a great morning

Hey guys! Top of the day to you all, so today am posting you five (5) ways to start your day, there's nothing like a good morning, there's this positive energy I get knowing that my day started well...
Here are my five tips on how to have a great morning
  1. Ensure you've had a good sleep: sleep is very essential when it comes to having a good day, you don't want to go out with a swollen face, a headache or worse still have a low working attitude. An average adult should have at least 6-8hours sleep. So ensure you go to Bed early, just like that nusery ryhme, "early to bed early to rise, make a man healthy and strong"

  2. Start your day early: waking up early in the morning is a good way of avoiding the morning rush, it helps you to do things early and still have time to reminisce about the day, in having a good morning a good start is very important.
  3. Exercise: just light stretches, morning walk, skipping, jogging are ways one can start the morning, you can even take up a domestic chores, as part of exercise, exercise is important for a smart day.
  4. Breakfast: never skip your breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day, your body has stayed without food the whole night and needs food for proper metabolism.
  5. Be happy: happiness of course is very relative, do things, that will set your mind on a happy mood, it could mean praying to God for some, or reading a devotional or motivational book, it may even be putting a call through to your loved one.
