Procedure:
- Put a pot of water on heat (fire) allow to boil
- Add offor to boiling water (offor is a thickener), allow to melt for 3-4minutes
- Then add oil
- Add your assorted meat and meat stock
- Add salt and Seasoning cube
- Allow to boil for some minutes, about 3 minutes
- Add your well prepared and spiced fresh fish, (watch out for post on how to prepare fresh fish)
- Allow to simmer for 2 minutes, then add Uziza leaves
- Add Perewinkle and stir carefully to prevent the fish from scattering
- Drop after 2 minutes
